The Samvaad Institute of Speech and Hearing was established by Radhika Poovayya, Speech Language Pathologist with professional, clinical and teaching experience. The Institute is affiliated to the Bangalore University and is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India. GSM Education Trust manages the activities of the Institute.

Established in 2005, the objective is to train professionals in the specialized field of speech language pathology and audiology. Additionally, the Institute provides services to people with speech and language disabilities. Located at Hebbal, Domlur and Marathalli, Bangalore, the Institute is renowned as a premier education institute.

Over the last 10 years, Samvaad Institute has made a significant leap in the graduate and post graduate programs in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Our students have ranked No.1 for 5 consecutive years.

The Samvaad Foundation is the charitable arm of Samvaad Institute.

Radhika Poovayya, Speech Language Pathologist, is the founder and director of Samvaad Institute. She has 27 years of professional, clinical and teaching experience.

 

The Samvaad - Speech Therapy Centre was established in 2002 at Domlur, Bangalore.

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Florida USA
  • Masters in Speech and Hearing from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), India's first and premier education institute

First Speech Language Pathologist in India to get additional BCBA qualification

 

As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Radhika provides ABA based treatment programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The certification also enables her to deal with behavioural problems in children using behaviour analysis.

Speech pathology and audiology is gaining recognition in India. Subsequently, there is huge opportunity for professionals to be trained to cater to the growing demand in speech and language impairment.
